Welcome to the Tau Chapter of Kappa Sigma. We are members of the National Kappa Sigma Fraternity based in Virginia. Our chapter was first established at the University of Texas in 1884 and we continue to have a long and lasting legacy here in Austin, Texas.

This collegial group of young men builds character and stature; we pursue our academic endeavors, fufill our duty to the community and take on leadership positions as well as have a good time. Kappa Sigma provides opportunities that you simply cannot get anywhere else and experiences that continue to go unmatched. Our goal is to be an invaluable aid to our members through their collegiate and post-collegiate years. Through a continuing tradition of brotherhood Kappa Sigmas form lifelong bonds and the Kappa Sigma cornerstones, Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship & Service, instill lasting virtues in the young men for the rest of their lives.
